Cleave Nought of the Cursed Thing to Thine Hand

And there shall cleave nought of the cursed thing to thine hand: that the Lord may turn from the fierceness of His anger, and show thee mercy, and have compassion upon thee, and multiply thee, as He hath sworn unto thy fathers. -Deuteronomy 13:17

“…you cannot get good fruit out of an evil occultic tree…” – Christopher J. E. Johnson

God’s Word says that a curse without a cause shall not alight, however if you celebrate the christ mass and decorate your church and home in Wiccan fashion you are opening a legal door to be cursed. Right now, I am listening to a video (see comment line) that is talking about how Wiccans will join churches and start to bring down the pastor and the parishioners with success! They get points for it! I went to a church that had the demonic going on in it and it finally fell. No church setting up shop there has been successful even to this day* and it’s been 28 years! Set up the tree and participate in the Wiccan rituals and practices and any paganism within your church or home you become a prey because you have stepped into satan’s kingdom and are outside of the Kingdom of God. He won’t protect His willfull children who step into satan’s territory. Get rid of that legal door of satan’s and burn the things up!

    1. OK, I will post it here and you let me know what you think. It reminds me of my charismatic Pentacostal days and I still haven’t sifted through all of that mess doctrinally. The part to really listen to begins at 1:29

        1. She sleeps a lot but I’ve started meds for her for allergies and infection. Hopefully, that is all it is. Thanks for asking!

(ok, I know you asked yesterday-I missed the comment! 😀 )

      1. Sherry, I watched about 40 minutes and hit the thumbs down button, then the thumbs up, then again down button. Somehow it seems unreal to me. Thank you for your kindness to put it here for my viewing.
        God bless you!

        1. That’s exactly what I did! The only things I liked about it was where she was saying that celebrating pagan holidays is a door to being cursed by the witches only because that is what happened in my church many years ago. I liked that she mentioned about a curse without cause shall not alight and that the X Mass Tree is a cause since that has been on my mind for some time. I did share this on FB and Twitter and Google. We shall see if anyone will be brave enough to correct me about it. I’m more than teachable on this much for sure.

I have to say, too, that this dear woman was looking back too much and she did binding and loosing without understanding what that really means. Maybe others will give their insight in this comment line. Thanks for watching it. Time is too precious to waste.

        2. I was just thinking about this this morning-could this be why we get a lot of mean-spirited comments from those we love and warn? Hmmm…there certainly is a bondage!

  1. Sherry, there is definitely a huge attachment to and nostalgia for this holiday. As far as how Christians react to criticism of it, some may misapply this:

Romans 14:22 NASB — The faith which you have, have as your own conviction before God. Happy is he who does not condemn himself in what he approves.
