The Truth About Christmas

The Christmas festival is the most ungodly custom and tradition of man that has corrupted the professing “church” in the history of the world. It is the mass of Christ. It comes from an old English word ‘Christes Maesse’. When Constantine incorporated the Eastern and Western Empire into one universal (catholic) “church” he invited all religions and pagan practices into the “church”. All the Saturnalia (city of Saturn worship) was incorporated into the Romanist “church”0. Saturnalia was a celebration of the rebirth of the “unconquered sun” each year at the winter solstice. The heathens hung the green “magical” wreathes around their houses and temples. It was nothing less than sun god (Baal) and moon goddess worship (the groves-Venus) that Nimrod and his evil mother (Semiramis) began at Babel. It is the very wickedness for which God scattered the children of Israel over the face of the earth. It is the…

  1. I’m just blown away by the people that I’ve KINDLY and LOVINGLY told that we no longer celebrate this and they STILL show up with cookies and stuff anyway. One of the many things I was convicted of at Christmas is the pure gluttony of junk food 💔 I’m just not sure what all of that has to do with one’s claim of the birth of Christ 😔

I don’t know why it’s so hard to understand that we don’t do these things anymore. I’ve never been rude about it…and while some mean well I know others feel like they are giving the Lord homage by doing it to us anyway whether we like it or not 💔

    1. Ok. I like the cookies … {hiding head in shame} …

I understand what you mean. I received a card from someone who knows I don’t celebrate it and even asked why. It’s not the first time, either. I usually allow it from someone who doesn’t ask me why I don’t want their cards but once I explain it to them then I don’t bother to acknowledge the card. They get the point then. Now, if only I could tell all these Christian charities to save their money on X Mass gifts (tokens of thanks like X Mass address labels and notepads) …

I have told people I can’t accept their gift and they just make me take it anyway because they never heard of a Christian who doesn’t celebrate X Mass (after they ask if I’m a JW, lol). I’ve taken their gifts and tossed them in the trash. Well, one gift my husband got when he was in the final stage of life and the nurses had the audacity to presume we celebrated the day and gave him a little stuffed animal. I did keep that and gave it to my dog. BTW, the last place I ever want to be is at a Catholic hospital at X Mass time. My husband was dying and needed assistance and while we were at the desk to check in and get a wheelchair, right in front of us, they were celebrating and acting like we weren’t there! 😡

We are in the minority, so…

  2. I’ve been asked if I was a J. W., also!
Wow about your situation with your husband 💔💔
Yes I have explained about the cards too-I don’t respond to them at all and some have stopped! Some have not! It’s more of an in your face from those people and I know that. 🤷‍♀️
My ladies I clean for give me what they call a thank you gift in a card that is not a holiday at all! They do understand-if they don’t they are at least respectful about it. Not sure what they say behind my back 😂
