THE LUKEWARM COMPROMISE OF JUSTIFYING CHRISTMAS REVELLERS (2018)

 “For one believeth that he may eat all things: another, who is weak, eateth herbs.” [Rom 14:2]. This Scripture SHOULD NOT BE USED to justify ‘Christ-MASS’ revellers! The ‘Christian’ who rebelliously observes this Pagan Romish tradition is not like the ‘weak’ brother eating herbs . . . but either a rebellious Christian who wants to do his own thing or simply a ‘lost’ nominal ‘Christian’!!!

From what our Lord has said in the opening verses of Matthew 7 it might possibly be concluded that it is not permissible for us to admonish a brother or seek the amendment of his fault, yet further reflection should show us that that inference is entirely erroneous.

“Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him” (Lev. 19:17). How different…
